We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed by our team.
